For example, if you arrive at the port 10 minutes before the departure of the first boat in the morning, the probability of finding a ticket is very low.

It Makes Sense To Stay In Sanur The Night Before The Journey

In this way, 1) You both buy your ticket the night before and guarantee your place, 2) You save the day by getting on the first boat.

Leave your suitcases at the hotel, make small bags and go to Nusa Penida.

There is neither a pier nor a wharf in Sanur. This means that you can go to the boat by walking through the sea with your suitcase, if any. Therefore, do not bring anything like suitcases to Nusa Penida. Take a few days' essentials in a bag and leave everything else at the hotel. Therefore, have a hotel in Sanur where you can leave your belongings. We came in the middle of the night and stayed in Umah Bagus, but don't expect too much from here. If you think the scooter is a more convenient and practical option, but you do not find yourself competent enough to drive, you can ask the owner of the scooter to show you around for a fee. Fees are usually 120,000 IDR per day.
